Community Impact
All tiers help us support community events, website maintenance and other programs run by SLMASA.
Custom Packages
Custom sponsorship options can be discussed for in-kind contributions such as professional services (e.g., catering, photography, venue hire). These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Renewal & Upgrades
Sponsorships are valid for a 12 month period. Sponsors can renew their sponsorship at the end of the validity period. Sponsors may upgrade to a higher tier at any time, with fees adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Sponsors may cancel their sponsorship at any time. However, no refunds or tier downgrades will be processed once payment has been made.
Content Approval
All sponsor-provided content (logos, promotional materials, etc.) must align with the values and guidelines of SLMASA. SLMASA reserves the right to decline or request edits to any content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent.
Promotional Use
SLMASA reserves the right to feature sponsor logos and names in relevant event materials, website content, and social media for promotional purposes during the sponsorship term.
No Endorsement Implied
Sponsorship does not imply SLMASA’s formal endorsement of the sponsor’s products or services. It signifies community support and mutual goodwill.
Website Placement
Placement of sponsor logos and links on the SLMASA website may vary based on tier level and site layout updates. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure visibility according to tier benefits.
